As many of you know, I love to use photography as a means to capture moments in nature and in human interactions. When someone observing one of my photographs feels moved by them, I know I have done my absolute best, that I captured what I intended.
I am lucky that Caitlin Press agreed to publish 43 of my photos throughout my memoir - Hand on My Heart: A Canadian Doctor’s Awakening in Afghanistan. I feel pretty lucky when I look at that cover. To me, it represents my story. After you have read what’s inside, tell me what you think.
