Boldness and Play

I like to think of each person as having a community supporting them from without and a community existing within. We are multidimensional creatures. Sometimes we behave like our grandmothers or a teacher from high school, and sometimes we respond like we did as a child or an adolescent or some other period in our lives. Every one of those facets of ourselves can have space. It’s helpful to acknowledge what facet we use at a moment in time, recognizing when that part of ourselves is useful, and when it isn’t. The following video explores intentionally using ‘the inner child’ as a source of spontaneity and boldness.
