Publicity for Hand on My Heart: A Canadian Doctor's Awakening in Afghanistan

In writing this memoir, I came to realize that I hold my version of these stories and, at the same time, I release them as an offering to readers to digest in whatever way is appropriate for them. I let go of them and see where they land. I hope that the stories live on in some way in those who read my book.
